It was a very busy weekend of football. Even though the out come of the games was not ideal it was still a good weekend of football overall. This preseason warm up is a great way to start the season. The coaches and myself saw a lot of good things we can build on and a lot of things we can teach and fix before our first game this coming weekend. The best thing I saw was the boys starting to come together as a team, we just need to gain constancy and discipline in our execution. All three of the teams we played this weekend are NFC teams in the conference above ours and I feel that by fixing a few issues we could play with and beat any of the three.
Please let the boys know that I am proud of the way that they competed on the field.
